Meetings of Snape Parish Council
are held in the Village Hall
on the fourth Tuesday evening of the month at 7:00 pm.
From 23rd March 2020 until 27th April 2021, meetings were held online. They are again being held in the Village Hall.
The next meeting is scheduled for 26th October, but is for urgent items only (so may be cancelled).
The following one is on 23rd November, at which the 2022/23 budget will be on the Agenda.
|The 2021/22 TIMETABLE is available here.|
Please note that meetings held in most even-numbered months will be for urgent items only, and may therefore be cancelled.
Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings. Meetings include a public forum. This is an opportunity to come along to have your say on any issues of concern, with the option of staying to listen to the rest of the meeting. If you wish to raise an issue for inclusion in the public forum item on the agenda, but are unable to attend the meeting in person, please contact the Parish Clerk at email@example.com.
Annual Parish Meetings (APM's), HELD IN APRIL, include reports from organisations within the village, and are followed by a normal monthly PC meeting.
❋ The most recent APM, held on 27th April 2021 over Zoom and incorporating verbal reports, was recorded: click here for a link to the video.
Written reports were presented ahead of that Meeting, and can all be read by clicking here.
At Parish Council Annual General Meetings, HELD IN MAY, the Officers are appointed.
