Annual Parish Meeting, 2021

Written reports were presented ahead of the Annual Parish Meeting, and can all be read by clicking here.

We will be holding an Annual Parish meeting on the 27th April using Zoom (from 6.30 pm for 7pm start).  We had to miss last year because of Covid restrictions, so there is a bit to catch up on!  The Agenda is available here and on the Village Hall noticeboard prior to the meeting.  The intention will be, as in previous years, to update people with the work of the Parish Council, and to hear reports from the many village groups and organisations.

If there is an issue or issues you would like to raise, then please let us know.  The meeting is a less formal open public meeting, rather than a regular Parish Council meeting, so intended to be open to full discussion.  There is no requirement to "pre-book" for the session, though any formal apologies sent to the Parish Clerk would be appreciated.

The "23rd April, 2019: SPC Annual Parish Meeting Draft Minutes" can be downloaded by clicking here.

The current Parish Councillors are listed here.

HOW TO JOIN THE MEETING

Russ Rainger, the Parish Vice-Chair, writes, "I have set up a separate Zoom link for the Annual Parish Meeting.  There is no waiting room, but there is a password."  You don't need to pre-book, as we can already publish the various ways by which you can connect 'on the night' —
